The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
You can follow me through Networked Blogs, Linky, or Bloglovin' in the side bar to the right. Ive heard that GFC will be removed soon but who knows, so if you follow me on that it would be great if you could also follow on any of the other networks i've mentioned just to be safe. Just let me know if you did in the comments below and I'll follow you back!
This weeks question:
I really wanted this question to pop up one week but now it has I'm finding it hard to answer because I have so many favourite quotes from the books I love to read which are mainly PNR. If I listed them all I'd be here all year so as some of the most memorable quotes have come from one particular series of books I thought I'd post a few from them. I never seem to remember the meaningful quotes only ever the ones that make me laugh. These are some of those one liners and when I see this question anywhere these are the first ones I think about.
“Ask me if I sparkle and I’ll kill you where you stand.” (This Side of The Grave)
“Careful, luv. I might be angry with you, but that doesn't mean I don't still want you. So if you do that again, I'll shag you right here, right now, and sod anyone who wants to watch” (One Foot in The Grave)
“Bloody hell, Kitten. Never thought to be flogged by my own furniture. Do you know I saw bloomin' stars when that cracked over my nog?” (Destined For An Early Grave)
Cat & Bones:
“Is that a stake, Bones, or are you just happy with my new dress?”
“In this case, it’s a stake. You could always feel around for something more, though. See what comes up.” (Halfway to The Grave)
“You know that old saying. Once you go dead, no one's better in bed.” (One Foot in The Grave)
I could post a load more from these books because they are full of great quotes. and sifting through them has made me want to re-read them all. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
